Sunken Mattress

I bought a Queen mattress and box spring from Sleepwell Mattress (the spelling is exactly the way it is on Offer up) and that night, I went to bed and the mattress sunk. I have tried reaching out to the seller and I can see that he read all of my 13 messages, yet, he refuses to respond and fix this situation. Not only that, but I do not have a bed to sleep. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY!
