Having trouble with a card that we have purchased, feels like we’ve been scammed.
My children have purchased cards, from one of the retailers that sells the Roblox cards. Each time we put the code in online, we were unsuccessful receiving the funds. We've now lost a total of $20. And since there's no refunds on these cards, and no way to really speak to anyone in person other than this website. We are at a loss, and I'm sure during this time with the pandemic and everything, you should understand that a loss it's not okay. Either these cards are outdated or there's something going on with the website. Just looking for a solution, not a loss.
