I booked a grab car for my parents to send them back home. They came from Marikina City and were supposed to go to Montalban. But somehow, the driver drove them to Ortigas Avenue. It clearly said the location I booked was in Montalban, (See attatched image) but in the driver's screen, It was in Ortigas. Mind you, my parents are senior citizens, and they are most likley to be exposed danger and viruses, especially with COVID around.
