Last week i change my new mobile and and without knowing how to logged out i use from the new mobile phone and i was suspended. Then i reported through Appeal section and explain. Then they unsuspended my account and i can used back as normal. Then the last transaction i bought bubble tea at itea and paid with grab e wallet and then the next thing i knew i was suspended and was said suspicious behavior which i really dont understand . I have never used illegally. I have my cash in my e wallet. I tried many times to appeal thru the Grab apps and still giving me the same prompting txt sms messages. It not fair when i did nothing just by buying bubble tea and paid with my e wallet money being called as suspicious behavior and suspended my account with no mercy. I was told by many that the Gab did many to others and i dont believe till i got it myself. Till now i cant even use any from Grab and my cash money still in e wallet.
