I can’t use grab service

I'm using grab car 4 time a week as a transportation to work and back, and also using grab pay for my drink and food twice a week. This morning when I opened my apps, said my account suspended? I still have balance amount in my grab pay wallet. To to reach customer service for grab all is uncontactable User's recommendation: Just be careful.
