Horrible customer service ever

I had an appointment at 10.30 and my car hasn't checked out until 1.00 and when initially I talked with the manager giladil about the long waiting time for 2 or 3 hours and only I needed to change a one tire sensor, he told me,it's a time consuming process to change a sensor and it takes 2 to 3 hours to put the car on the computer to reprogram the system which it doesn't make sense to me as I know you connected the car to the computer and just with one click when you go into the computer internal software of the car you can reprogram it and when I claimed that he got sarcastic and said then you can do it if you can which for sure made me upset upset wgot sarca6an
