Lock out of premium account
I am locked out of my premium account since March 1. And have not been able to login. I am sent an access code for verification through my phone number. But when I log in it says there is an error. I paid and then canceled my subscription but was not able to use the features for the remaining time afterwards cancellation. Please help with the situation and I hope I can be compensated and have My paid features extended to make up for the time lost. Thank you! Edit: I was able to log in once since this issue, but then the issue returned when I closed the app.
