They have disabled my Basic account even though I am paying for it.

I have been a loyal customer of OKCupid for years and decided to upgrade to their Premium account, but was unable to accomplish that even though I tried several times through all of the avenues that they suggested to use to try to solve the problem. I know that you function through donations from people that you have helped and I am a generous donator to charitable organizations and to those that help me. If you get this situation resolved I will give a generous contribution to you. User's recommendation: Avoid OKCupid until Pissed Consumer gets this problem resolved.
