We placed a large order with Decor Glamor and $89 worth of the products did not arrive. These items were also not on the packing list, but they were on my order and I paid for them! I sent numerous emails and left numerous voicemails and finally (after two weeks) received a reply that those items were back ordered. They never told me this! The customer service rep also never apologized for the delay or the lack of reply. Then we waited weeks again for these backordered products to arrive and when we still hadnt received anything, I once again I left numerous emails and voicemails with no reply whatsoever. I have asked DecorGlamor to refund the $89 of products that I paid for but that they never shipped and nobody has replied in over a week. This company stole our money! What a scam!! User's recommendation: Never do business with this company. They are fraudulent and they stole out money.
