The worst customer service….ever

as soon as we signed paperwork for new RV we became an insignificant after thought. communication for warranty repairs was terrible failed to get the info themselves before we drove off the lot and failed to tell me that they weren't able to order it without the proper info, then they failed to order all the necessary parts to fully make the repair and then they lost my spare set of keys and basically acted like it was no big deal and would get around to finding them when they could. My trailer was now vulnerable in terms of security. No accountability and no effort to make it right. oh and they made me out to be the bad guy
