Poor business practices regarding coupons and billing Insurance

I received 5 zolipedem tartrate 12.5 pills on Sunday they didn't have my full order of 90 available so they just gave me the 5 without contacting me or letting me know at the store. When I went on Monday to pick up my prescription for zolpedium I was told I could not use my GoodRX coupon because Walgreens had already billed my insurance for the full amount. I don't understand how Walgreens can bill my insurance without even have the prescription available to complete your full order and I think I should have been able to pay with my coupon from GoodRX which would have saved me 60.00 I am really disappointed my husband I both that numerous medications and have definitely been a good customer of Walgreens
