I was confused about filling out the form sections. The customer rep was pleasant and very helpful. My call wait time was 32inites and the actual conversation was minutes long. That did not make me happy. Fix the hold/wait time and I would have no complaints at all. User's recommendation: Simplify the vaccine form as to who fills out the medical part and improve wait time to less than 15 minutes.inuyew.
