Disappointing customer experience

I have been a customer for many years - My email has been hacked which has locked me out of my account - I will always be a fan of DSC - but the inability to actually speak to someone is just completely ridiculous- the toll free number hangs up after the message about not having people to answer the phone- I wasted valuable minutes of my fabulous life with your auto bot that just links you like a machine gun. Do message bots ever help ? Anyway- pick up the dam phone already - Im a nurse for 20 years - I answer the phone at my job. Oh- and why is there no DSC APP anymore I User's recommendation: Pick up the dam phone !
