Poor Customer Service did not process refund

Part of order not delivered. Contacted them they were to refund cost of missing items. Refund never came. Contacted customer service person didn't understand English. He said they processed the refund and I needed to "partner it" with my bank. He kept telling me to call the bank, didn't understand I had online banking and could see it wasn't there. 4 mos.later still not there. Lost customer over $9 User's recommendation: There are other options for delivery.
