My business has now been out of internet since Monday morning therefore i have no phones and i can't work online. Suddenlink, along with the majority of cable systems in Oklahoma, operate under a permit issued by the city council. This is illegal because the state constitution requires a vote of the people every 25 years to obtain a franchise. If my internet is not fixed by 5:00 p.m. CST today, it is my intention to force a vote on a franchise either through the city council or the courts. I really think you and the entire cable industry in Oklahoma wants that. I expect results today.
