Complaint for not activation of my account

I Rajashree Das, an account holder of your bank. I wanted to say that i am really frustrated from the kotak services. I made an salary account on 12th may 2021 from your bank and till today dated 31st may 2021 they haven't activated my account. Every day i call them for activation but they gives an excuse by saying they will do it by today. But still by today they haven't activated, due to which my salary got stucked. I would request you to please look after my complaint email regarding my account activation. Please contact me in +919749****58 this number. This is also my registered mobile number. My account number is 824 515 ****. User's recommendation: Please don't ever try to make an account in this bank. It has a really bad customer service. They take things very lightly and will not listen to your concern. They took several weeks to make my salary account and still they haven't activated.
