Color question to order wig

No answer to phone call...Line continously rings busy after 30 attempts to call to ask color of wig shown that I wanted to order.I attached pic to email....Looks like this company is not going to be good at purchasing from...I would like to cancell my order as this seems to complicated and difficult to reach customer service for issues...I believe my order went thru without my correct color selection which looks like from the chart you show is possibly 4/27....If I don't recieve color show and sent to you in picture I would like to cancell and return wig immediately. Thanks
