I didnt want to stay on hold for over an hour so I put my information in to receive a call back. After waiting for the hour they called me back and I answered to get hung up on. This is not good when you wait for so long and to get still no help its upsetting. Then they dont have the decency to call you back when they hang up. They have to do better we already cant speak to no one or get through to anyone when we have a problem. Please work on better customer service we all are going through the same things.
