Delay of scheduled delivery without any notification or message

Update by user Jun 26, 2021 The same issue remained as they assigned me another day/date to be Saturday 26th June from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, yet I didn't receive any shipment and once again after a long time trying to contact them I got the useless message which was "trying to contact the courier man, but he didn't respond??? I haven't even received any fruitful response from any of their officials. Really it is the best company I have dealt with and I would never recommend it to anyone!! Original review posted by user Jun 24, 2021 It was actually one of my worst experience with your company as my shipment number xxxxxxxxxx was scheduled to be delivered on Thursday 24th June, from 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM and I had to stay at home all the time allocated for the delivery, but no one called and after a long time trying to contact their, office I was surprised that the shipment won't be delivered on the assigned day and time and I have to wait till Saturday (after the weekend) without any notification or message sent to me about the delay of delivery which is something really irritated me and indicated that they pay no concerns at all to the time of their customers. bad experience in your feedback!! User's recommendation: Get a strict confirmation about the delivery date/time.
