Sending the wrong food

I have made an order on 22.02.2021 under the Order Number c2bd-15rl. One of the item was Fried Rice with Seafood -Large at the price of SGD6.50 . However what the Caterer send to me was Keow Teow which is not what I want. Appreciate you can arrange the refund of SGD6.50 . CSO can contact me as I can show you the photo of the food that deliver to me. I try to call the number 8123 **** few times "Call Failed". Wonder such number exist.
