Overcharge for missing item

I received my order on 29/5/2021 and make the cash payment of $48.19.When I want to put my items in fridge I realised there is a missing item of dried prawns which cost $9 for 2.When I ask the customer service about it they ask me to wait for their team to reply.What is worst that they don't want to refund back the amount of missing item. No refund and just apologize and they think I need their service again.No one will trust if they show us negative service.Worse service.
