We purchased an led candle that was broken, we tried to return it but because we didn't have the sticker on it, they said it wasn't theirs. So they refused to exchange the candle. Tried to show them the receipt but they still said it was their product. They called me a liar in front of a store full of people. User's recommendation: Keep the product stickers.
