A third lady opened a third register, finally, but this is very poor scheduling by the manager. And while I am fussing, why does the lady's bathroom always smell like a barnyard? It's disgusting. Unacceptable. User's recommendation: Never go to Hobby Lobby in Waco after 4 p.m.
