Paying shipping

I have a monthly subscription to your razors for my husband and postal service said that it was sent to the wrong address. And the address i have on file is 2201 Ludlam Road Miami Florida 33155 apt.425 mailbox number 136. Now i have to pay shipping. If the post office fault for not sending my husband gillette razors. And I was home all day July 16thpost User's recommendation: Post office no good.
