Bad customer service when there a faulty product

I ordered and received my avon as usual, no prob. This is the first time in all the years i make use of this product and I love it. For the fist time ever, i received a faulty product and they are refusing to replace it, i dont even want my money back. Just my product to be replaced because i know how it's sepouse to work and its faulty. The {{Redacted}} mann. They say its sepouse to be active for 8hours and you just smell it when applied then the scent is gone.
