Problems with quality furniture @ service

I bought the dinning room set in 2019. Waited long time before 1st delivery. However, the furniture had many scratches, unfinished paint, had poor quality. Since that time for 14 months was many attempts with delivery same type of problems. My complaint to co., board of directors was ignored. The certified letter were returned to me unopened. That co. was bought by Regency furniture. I would rate this co. well below one star. User's recommendation: stay away from this co.
