Not receiving refund from a cancelled cruise

My wife and I have gone on several cruises with Carnival Recently our April cruise was cancelled due to the virus and we submitted the form for a refund that was in March so over two months later no refund. We will be contacting our congress rep and my son is a lawyer since it seems that this cruise company is withholding money due to us Ken Pottel User's recommendation: If Carnival cancells your cruise don't hold your breath for a refund will no longer go on a cruise with Carnival.
