Not possible to speak to anyone in any other European language than Spanish. Unbelievable

I have tried to contact Movistar in all sorts of ways, but I cannot speak to anyone in English, French, German, Dutch, Italian etc. What kind of company is this? A company of this size that is not able to service any foreign language customers is a disgrace.They send me a final bill which does not include an account number to credit. Why are they making things so compliacted? User's recommendation: Look for alternatives.
