I regret being a member of crunch gym located in Melbourne, highpoint shopping center for almost 5 years. The gym manager (luke) is very unprofessional and he likes to make accusations and rumours. Be aware that once you enter this gym you have no privacy and there will be no confidentiality. The female staff in reception are especially rude and moody too. User's recommendation: Entering this gym means no privacy.
