Update by user Jun 22, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Heather was nice enough to replace my BlendJet with a new improved BlendJet 2. I am happy with the service she offered me.. Original review posted by user Jun 17, 2021 I received a BlendJet for Christmas 2020. It stopped working in April 2021. I contacted the company and they replaced the base as a one time past the warranty replacement. I received the replacement the end of May and that stopped working June 16. This product is not worth the money they charge, especially if they don't last more than a few months. Not happy at all. The warranty on these should be at least one year User's recommendation: Not worth the money, buy a cheaper brand.
