I called in because I was being billed for service 3 months early, I was supposed to have gotten 3 months of free service in the beginning, which I never received, due to an error by Sirius XM. The gentleman that I talked to on the phone (Kurt) took it upon himself to cancel my current subscription and then not give me the 3 month free trial I was due from the start. Trying to get it setup again has been a major pain in the *** User's recommendation: Use music CD's in your car instead.
