Credit promised not done

I called to get put on a senior plans which is much less expensive. After a few billing cycles bill increased. When I called I was told that the reason was proof of age. I sent copy of ID as requested still no change . Agent promised a credit not done I called again was again promised a credit that did not happen. I was supposed to get a credit for my phone which was not processed until I called and acted a fool to get attention from customer . Credit for the phone was issued but plan credit is still not posted. Customer service personnel age liars I am done with sprint User's recommendation: Use a different provider sprint t- mobile agents and or company have no credibility.
