They sold me a phone saying I could sell my old one they said says they would get it ready for me to sell it, then I found out it’s not unlocked and they don’t want unlock

Bought a new phone was told could sell my old phone after paying 300+ dollars go to sell its not unlocked like they said it was ready to be sold then I call and they say they wont unlock until I pay my bill. But yet they didnt mind taking my money for the new one off rip and not explaining to me any of the details about my old phone
