Beware of online and email order cancellation

Update by user Aug 06, 2021 They have responded Original review posted by user Aug 03, 2021 I've exchanged emails with Costway attempting to resolve an order cancellation issue as per the 24hrs policy with no result. They agreed to a full refund in writing via email upon the item being returned. They issued a return label. But now insist charging me the return fee. User's recommendation: Beware of what you purchase, even if you cancel, they will ship it and dispute the return and charge you the return fee.
