Lots of assurance by Consumer Cellular from July until I arrived, that my phone would work in Mexico. Then no phone service. . Now after 5 days they once again turned on international roaming but phone only works in my hotel on Wi-Fi piggy back. Try stuck in a foreign country without a phone after repeatedly tell me that I could call to medico, from Mexico and all around México. Then when I arrive in Mexico nothing. And now they turn on the roaming but still the phone does not work unless I am in my hotel and their Wi-Fi is up and working. Consumer Cellular sucks. User's recommendation: Avoid Consumer Cellular.
