POOR SERVICE WHEN TRYING TO GET NEW NUMBER AND ACTIVIATED

ONE REP told us to call a friend and ask them what number came up on their phone, then that would be our new number. Lie after lie said by 8 PM tomorrow, guess what? tomorrow never came this is just a few of the lies we heard from your reps who are supposed to be there to help the customer. Finally one day we got to speak to an honest person and they could not believe the things we had been told. They helped us and within an hour the phone was on and the number was assigned to the phone. THAT IS WHY WE ARE PISSED ABOUT THE SERVICE OR I SHOULD SAY THE SERVICE WE DIDN'T RECEIVE
