No credit for a referral.

My roommate and I was supposed to receive a credit on our bills after I referred him to sign on for a new service. He mentioned it while signing up but we did not receive any credit. That is dishonest and it made me look bad for telling him that User's recommendation: Do not believe everything they tell you.
