How can you represent the Comfort Inn in Jackson MS when they have bed bugs and the owner knows about it and doesnt seem to care. I did not look on travel advisory but if I had from all month it said that hotel had bed bugs. Not to mention it was a fight to get my money back and of I did nothing call The chain Clarion hotels you did not help in getting my full refund!!! User's recommendation: Cancel comfort inn in your system.
