My husband arranged for payments for our auto on the phone with a representative. They never sent the processed the payments and threatened us instead. The rep refused to let me speak with a manager at first. Once he finally agreed - he kept me on hold for 20 mins User's recommendation: AVOID THIS BANK LIKE THE PLAGUE.
