Registering or Registered Products

3

I have register over 45 (at least) products on the Ryobi website and they updated the website and a lot of my registered products are gone. Jeanae from customer support sit there and called me a lier and told me at the end of the day I will need to re register them again. It takes a lot of time and effort to register Ryobi products. You will need to get a copy of the s/n number and product number down to the battery that it came with. I spent overall a good 4 hours registering all my Ryobi products and as Jeanae put it (just do it again). Ryobi, I do not want to and will not spend another 4 hours re registering all of my products again. Jeanae, be respectful when a customer calls and don't argue with them. User's recommendation: Listen to the customer before telling her that she is wrong. It's ok to admit that the website upgrade screw things up.
