Purchased expensive Oakleys with a scratch

I purchased a pair of $200 Oakley sunglasses while out of town. About 4 hours later noticed a huge scratch on the lens. On the way home I stopped at a different Sunglass Hut and tried to exchange them. The response was since we didnt sell them to you, and they are scratched, we cant help you and you have to go back to the store you bought them from. I am sorry, but it is corporate, there is a warranty as the product was defective, and for that expensive of a purchase it should have been no questions asked. And I mean it when I say Ill never shop at another Sungass Hut. Ill go to Nordstrom or the manufacturer.
