POOR CUISTOMER SERVICE

I have been trying to get my chain saw fixed or replaced for 4 months. On July 1 Ryobi said they would RUSH delivery and should be at my house in 5 to 7 days. They did not ship until July 9 and still no chain saw. DONT believe ANYTHING the might tell you. *** POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Save your money and buy RIDIGID or like kind. *** POOR
