Freezer

so i have had issues with the new controller and have made a few calls to you . Your guys hve been pretty helpful. But im still having issues now it is reading really warm but temp is lower. For example yesterday it read 46 but after checking temp it was -2.9 degrees. How do i get correct temp to display.
