Shady, unethical practices
Auto-renewed our contract for 2 years when we ported over our number to another company and won't let us cancel or down-grade service unless we pay for the entire term of the 2-year contract we were forced into without our knowledge. Many technical issues including undelivered calls, dropped calls, and fax lines NEVER work for fax machines. Be prepared to spend days trying to get support from their support team and never get any help. You basically have to beg them to help but you never get anything other than their scripted responses, and they do not honor their SLAs. Buyer beware, stay away from RingCentral!
