Lack of support and empathy for covid-19

I have had a really bad experiences with justly. They are never available to talk to help with issues they only are quick to reply if there going to make a sale. My wife brother came back positive for covid-19 and when we booked everything we all stayed in 1 room all 4 of us. They have no sympathy for travelers and do not respect covid-19 CDC regulations. Their policies if you purchase protection are not honored. They ask for proof and when I gave them the proof they came up with another story to not help. User's recommendation: Be careful don’t call and book through them or 3rd parties they charge additional for that and will not help when issues come up whether it’s valid or outside it’s not respected.
