It did not receive my refund yet or any information from my case .they charge me for their benefits and they do not care about customer relation and their responsibilities. Why I paid for insurance , because I didnt want to loose. The reason I canceled is the Israeli government doesnt let none Israeli or tourist come to Israel because of covid problem. Please refund me.
