Cancelation refund

It did not receive my refund yet or any information from my case .they charge me for their benefits and they do not care about customer relation and their responsibilities. Why I paid for insurance , because I didnt want to loose. The reason I canceled is the Israeli government doesnt let none Israeli or tourist come to Israel because of covid problem. Please refund me. Thanks Nemat shayesteh User's recommendation: Show the responsibility to the customer.
