I just had disoute dealt by person cslled Crystal. I was clearly sent wrong product as on final invoice there was picture of what i wanted but received completely different non au standards . Regardless of this crystal took sided with seller at one stage she offered $500usd as compensation. I wanted to esculate as i know i was in the right. However if i knew she would close dispute obviously i would have taken the compensation. So can i either escalate or take the compensation. Very disappointed as i buy a lot from alibaba and never been in this postion position.
