I never received my order placed on March 29. I contacted them several times after patiently waiting. The customer service was through e mail only. When reading a poor review I saw two reviews that had a phone number to contact the company office in Kansas City 1-81*-***-****. I called the number, but there was no answer. Later in the day I got a call coming from the same # and this guy with a heavy Asian or Indian accent said I could get my money back but I would have to fill out a form on the desktop computer or laptop. I lied and told him I didnt have one. I got angry and accused him of trying to run a scam and he suddenly hung up. User's recommendation: Don’t call a number that someone puts out in a review.
