damaged shoe, defect

Net-A-Porter has the worst customer service of any designer retailer. After buying a pair of YSL Paige platforms $1200 USD, the strap came apart from the shoe after one wear, clearly a defect. Service

Very courier service lately. Requests in the notes are not taken into account (call in advance and specify the location. ) If the address is changed within a 2-minute drive, the product will not be delivered. The courier agrees that he does not have to do this (neither go to another address nor call in advance). 12/18/2020
