I wanted to cancel my flight ticket and get refunds. I have been discuss with Lisa Armstrong as Manager Cathay Pacific at Perth Airport, She left notes, That she cancel my flight and said will not charge anything for refund. I have sent the email through Sky Scanner. They said, they not made the reservation. I have to contact to Cathay Pacific. I have submit the form to Cathay Pacific for cancellation and Refund but they not take any responds.
